I'm astonished by the degree to which a new sub-culture has
been created on the net. Some of the most passionate and even
intimate exchanges I have ever witnessed have
been on the internet. Genius, prejudices, and
projections that people have been socialized
to restrain break through when it comes to this medium.
... and a new strong positive transference onto the NET and the NETIZENS
has emerged. But like in all transferences there is a bias onto
reality.
For what it's worth, I'm one of those people who met,
mated and, alas, mourned the death of my life-companion
all within the context of the online community.
